"Traffic counts – defined as the number of vehicles that pass a certain point on a roadway during a certain time period – can be used to make important traffic as well as business location decisions. Traffic Count Locations in the Baltimore Region are taken by SHA, local jurisdictions, and the Baltimore Metropolitan Council. This dashboard showcases traffic count locations and traffic count location details. Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) and Average Annual Weekday Daily Traffic (AAWDT) counts at each location are graphed by year. Select a traffic count location to to see the AADT and AAWDT counts at that location graphed by year. Additional details are provided for each traffic count location such as Location ID, station description, road name, road functional class, road section, begin section, end section, county name and municipality name."
