1. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 4, 2011 TC MINUTES
2. REPORT ON OCTOBER 25, 2011 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION
The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #12-9, in support of the 2011 Baltimore Regional Transportation Plan (Plan It 2035) and the Associated Conformity Determination.
4. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION
The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #12-10, in support of an amendment to the FY 2012-2015 Baltimore Region Transportation Improvement Program and the Associated Conformity Determination.
5. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION
The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #12-11, self-certifying that the metropolitan transportation planning process is being carried out in accordance with applicable requirements.
6. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will share progress with current UPWP projects, including:
- Discussion on the 2011 Regional Traffic Count Database
- Discussion on Regional Building Permit Database

WEATHER NOTICE
In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
