Save a Life! Put the Cell Phone Down

On Friday, October 1st, Maryland's new cell phone law goes into effect.  This new law prohibits handheld cell phone use while driving - only hands-free devices are allowed.

The start of this new law also ties into Drive Safely Work Week, which is October 4-8, 2010.
