In November 2010, the BRTB approved the financial forecast prepared by the Maryland Department of Transportation for Plan It 2035 through Resolution #11-13. This forecast applies an inflation factor to reflect future revenue projections. Federal regulations require future revenue projections and project cost estimates to be shown in "year of expenditure” dollars.
