Reports on the use of GPS to collection data for monitoring traffic congestion.

To support households and businesses relocating to the Baltimore region as a result of new Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC)-related employment, BMC has collected data on traffic conditions on selected commuter routes in the most affected areas.

Truck traffic in the region is expected to continue to increase, raising issues of safety and problems with inappropriate truck parking. This consultant study recommends some approaches for addressing truck parking issues.
