BMC Biking and Pedestrian Data
You may download the Baltimore Metropolitan Council's data files on bike and pedestrian levels of service for use with Google Earth™ below.
To download a file, place your cursor on the link, right click, choose "Save Target As" and save it to an appropriate directory/folder on your computer. It will save as a .zip file; you will have to manually change the extension to .kmz in order for it to work with Google Earth.
When you open a downloaded file in Google Earth™, the data will be added to the Places pane on the left side of the screen.
