BMC’s updated Web Site includes a link to an interactive
slide show that presents the findings of a 2005 report
that details the continuation of a highway mobility-monitoring
program that began in the spring of 1999. The underlying
purpose of this program is to acquire information about
traffic flow conditions on a periodic basis, and to report
that information to regional planners, stakeholders, and
decision-makers.
