What about the I-95 Section 200 and 300 and MD 24 widening projects? Were these cut from the plan? These three projects are MdTA projects and are not part of the constrained long-range transportation plan. They are funded by MdTA through bond revenues. They were included, however, in the first draft as an informational item and because we include them in models for travel and air quality analyses.
Why were the MARC Penn and Camden Line Improvements combined into one project listing? The MARC Penn and Camden Line Improvements were combined until further specificity can be provided on the improvements.
