FY 2009 – 2012 Transportation Improvement Program & Air Quality
Report Withdrawn & Public Review Suspended
The Baltimore Regional Transportation Board (BRTB) regrets to announce the cancellation of the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, 2008. This is in response to the recent announcement by the Maryland Department of Transportation that a decrease in revenue has required a deferral of $1.1 billion in Capital Projects over the next six years.
The BRTB is withdrawing the proposed FY 2009 – 2012 Transportation Improvement Program & Air Quality Report to make the necessary changes to the Baltimore region projects impacted by the deferral announced by MDOT. Once a revised TIP is available it will be submitted to the public with a new 30-day comment period (Dates to be determined).
