6. APPROVAL OF THE MOBILE SOURCE EMISSIONS BUDGETS FOR THE 8-HOUR OZONE STATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (5 Minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #07-13 in support of the mobile source emission budgets developed for volatile organic compounds and nitrogen oxides. These budgets will be used for determining air quality conformity of the region’s long-range and short-range plans and programs. 7. APPROVAL OF ROUND 7 COOPERATIVE FORECASTING PROCESS (5 Minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #07-16 in support of the Round 7 Cooperative Forecasting Process and estimates of jurisdictional and small geographic areas for population, households and employment to the year 2035.
8. APPROVE THE PROJECT APPLICANTS FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE JOB ACCESS & REVERSE COMMUTE COMPETITIVE GRANTS INITIATIVE (5 Minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #07-17 in support of the program applicants requesting federal financial assistance through the Job Access & Reverse Commute Grants Initiative.
INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
The BRTB will be presented with an overview and status report of the focus, objective and structure of this activity.
10. STATUS REPORT ON U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION URBAN PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (5 Minutes)
BMC staff will brief the Board on the region’s involvement in this activity.
11. STATUS REPORT ON HUMAN SERVICES TRANSPORTATION COORDINATION (5 Minutes)
BMC staff will brief the Board on the tasks of this joint planning effort between the Maryland Transit Administration and the Baltimore Metropolitan Council, acting on behalf of the BRTB. The initial work activities focus on data analysis and needs inventory. 12. STATUS REPORT ON REGIONAL EXTERNAL STATION SURVEY (10 Minutes)
BMC staff will present a detailed work scope on a recommended approach to collect this information. Staff has been working with an ad hoc subcommittee to develop a plan that addresses the region’s need to understand this travel pattern.
13. PRESENTATION ON HOMELAND SECURITY INITIATIVES OF THE MARYLAND TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION (10 Minutes)
A representative of the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) will brief the Board on the wide array of transit-related homeland security strategies initiated by the agency. 14. OTHER BUSINESS

In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
