APPROVED 2007-2011 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP) FOR THE BALTIMORE REGION.
The 2007-2011 TIP was adopted by the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board on August 22, 2006. Copies are available in pdf format from the links below. The Conformity Determination of the 2004 Baltimore Regional Transportation Plan and 2007-2011 Transportation Improvement Program will also be online in pdf format.

Appendices B (Documentation of Project Prioritization, Financial Reasonableness and Flexible Funding) & C (Areawide Projects) are only available in the hard copy format, available through the Regional Information Center ( ric@baltometro.org) for $25 plus tax and shipping.
Occasional blank pages necessary for the print version have been eliminated from the pdf version.
