Building Permit Activity Reports (Monthly)
Metropolitan Building Activity Report
A summary of planned building activity across the Baltimore region is compiled on a monthly basis from the building permits received and processed by the BMC staff. The quarterly and annual reports include analysis of regional trends, supported by maps and charts highlighting notable development activity during the reporting period.
You may subscribe to these reports on an annual basis. Sample issues are available on request.

Current and back issues (1972 to date) of the reports may also be viewed at no charge at the Regional Information Center. Call ahead for an appointment.
