2011-2014 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Transportation Outlook 2035- Tasks and Assumptions for the Conformity Determination of the 2011-2014 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Transportation Outlook 2035 (pdf) is available. This document outlines the method for conducting analysis of transportation impacts on air quality in the region. It outlines the proposed technical work tasks, consultation procedures, and assumptions that will be used for conducting the mandated air quality conformity determination of the FY2011-2014 Baltimore Metropolitan TIP.
- The final Conformity Determination of the 2010-2013 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Transportation Outlook 2035 (pdf, 487 kb) and Appendices (pdf, 2.8 MB) are now available. (Approved by the Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration 11/30/2009.)
- The draft Conformity Determination of Transportation Outlook 2035 and the FY 2009-2012 Transportation Improvement Program was withdrawn due to revenue decreases that will require development of a revised Transportation Improvement Program.
- The final Conformity Determination of Transportation Outlook 2035 and the FY 2008-2012 Transportation Improvement Program (pdf) is available. This conformity determination addresses the ozone, fine particulate matter, and carbon monoxide standards. Appendices are also available. (Approved by the Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration on 2/4/2008.)
- The final Conformity Determination of the FY 2007-2011 TIP and the 2004 Baltimore Regional Transportation Plan (pdf) is available. This conformity determination addresses the ozone, fine particulate matter, and carbon monoxide standards. Appendices are also available. (Approved by the Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration on 11/8/2006.)
- Tasks and Assumptions for the Conformity Determination of the 2007-2011 TIP and the 2004 Regional Transportation Plan are now available.
Particulate Matter (PM2.5)
- The Conformity Determination of the FY 2006-2010 TIP and the 2004 Baltimore Regional Transportation Plan, for Fine Particulate Matter (pdf) has been approved by the Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration on 2/9/2006. This is the fiirst conformity determination for fine particulate matter performed for the Baltimore region. Appendices are also available.
- Tasks and Assumptions for the Conformity Determination of the 2006-2010 TIP, for Fine Particulate Matter (pdf). This document outlines a new methodology for conducting analysis of transportation impacts on air quality in the region It outlines the proposed technical work tasks, consultation procedures, and assumptions that will be used for conducting the mandated air quality conformity determination of the FY 2006-2010 Baltimore Metropolitan TIP, for fine particulate matter (PM2.5).
