
Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Group
The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Group is an advisory group to the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board.
BPAG works to make a more bike-able and walkable region by:
- Developing and implementing the regional bicycle and pedestrian plan;
- Providing technical assistance to the BRTB and to member jurisdictions;
- Collaborating with and sharing information among federal, state and local agencies; and
- Promoting biking and walking in the region through events like Bike-to-Work Day and Safe Routes to Schools.
Membership and Meetings
BPAG members include one representative from each of the local governing bodies, as well as representatives from the MD Departments of the Environment, Planning, and Transportation.

The BPAG meets on the first Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September and November. Bylaws are online (pdf).
Visitors are welcome to attend and participate.
