3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM BOARD MEETING OF NOVEMBER 14, 2011 (see Attachment 1)
The Board is requested to review and accept the minutes for posting on the BMC website. The Management Committee was presented with draft minutes on January 17, 2012 and offered no corrections.
4. RECONSIDERATION FOR CONVERSION AND ADMINISTRATION/RECORDKEEPING OF BMC DEFINED CONTRBIUTION RETIREMENT PLAN (see Attachment 2) Larry Klimovitz, Executive Director, Mr. Brian Messick, Weber-Messick, P.A., and Mr. Christopher Persak, The Principal Financial Group.
The Board is requested to consider and affirm the recommendation of the BMC Executive Director and Management Committee in moving forward with this solution.
5. PROGRAM UPDATES - LARRY KLIMOVITZ, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
- Financial Update as of December 31, 2011 (see Attachment 3)
- BRCPC Update and Contract Conversion from PepCo to Washington Gas

Weather Alert
In the event the Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
