7. APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2012-2015 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (10 Minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-16 in support of an amendment to the FY 2012-2015 TIP for two City of Baltimore projects: Annapolis Road and Waterview Avenue Bridges over the BW Parkway and for the Highlandtown Transit Streetscape.
8. APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2012-2015 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (10 Minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-17 in support of an amendment to the FY 2012-2015 TIP for eight Maryland Transit Administration projects: Howard Street Revitalization, Bus & Rail System Preservation and Improvement, Light Rail Mid-Life Overhaul, Bus Replacement, Metro Railcar Overhaul, PA/LED Sign Replacement-LRT and Metro, MARC Edgewood Station Improvements, and Northern Police Facility Relocation.

9. BRIEFING ON THE FHWA EVERYDAY COUNTS INITIATIVE (20 Minutes)
The Federal Highway Administration Maryland Division Administrator Mr. Gregory Murrill will brief the BRTB on the FHWA Everyday Counts Initiative .
10. UPDATE ON THE JOINT LEGISLATIVE AND EXECUTIVE COMMISSION ON OVERSIGHT OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (20 Minutes)
Representatives from the Maryland Department of Transportation will brief the BRTB on the work of the Joint Legislative and Executive Commission on Oversight of Public-Private Partnerships.

Weather Alert In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
