1. WELCOME
2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITY*
3. ADOPTION OF PLAN IT 2035, THE REGIONAL LONG RANGE TRANSPORTATION PLAN
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-9, adopting the 2011 Baltimore Regional Transportation Plan (Plan It 2035) and the associated Conformity Determination. (15 minutes)
4. ADOPTION OF FISCAL YEAR 2012-2015 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-10, adopting the Fiscal Year 2012-2015 Baltimore Regional Transportation Improvement Program and the associated Conformity Determination. (15 minutes)
5. APPROVAL OF SELF-CERTIFICATION OF THE BALTIMORE REGION TRANSPORTATION PLANNING PROCESS
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-11, self-certifying that the metropolitan transportation planning process is being carried out in accordance with applicable federal requirements . (10 minutes)
6. APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2011-2014 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (5 MINUTES)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-12 in support of an amendment to the FY 2011-2014 TIP for the Annapolis Road and Waterview Avenue Bridges over the Baltimore Washington Parkway project.
7. APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2011-2014 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (5 MINUTES)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-13 in support of an amendment to the FY 2011-2014 TIP for the Citywide Earmark and Enhancements project.
8. APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2011-2014 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (5 MINUTES)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-14 in support of an amendment to the FY 2011-2014 TIP for the Key Highway / Light Street Roundabout project.
9. APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2011-2014 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (5 MINUTES)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-15 in support of an amendment to the FY 2011-2014 TIP for the Frederick Avenue Bridge project.

Weather Alert In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
