7. APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2011-2014 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (5 Minutes)

The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-5, in support of an amendment to the FY 2011-2014 TIP for the West Pratt Street & South Arlington Avenue Parking Facility project.

8. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2011-2014 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (5 Minutes)

The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-6, in support of an amendment to the FY 2011-2014 TIP for the Reconnecting West Baltimore Pedestrian & Bicycle Network project.

9. APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FY 2011-2014 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (5 Minutes)

The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #12-7, in support of an amendment to the FY 2011-2014 TIP for the Public Lands Highways Charm City Circulator project.

10. LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR TIGER III (5 Minutes)

The BRTB will be asked to provide a letter of support for the joint MDOT/Anne Arundel County Odenton MARC Town Center Phase 1 TIGER III discretionary grant application.  The proposed project relocates 700 surface parking spaces into a 5-story MARC parking garage and enhances station intermodal and pedestrian access enabling a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) with private and county development.  The TOD will catalyze future development phases in support of Base Realignment and Closure Initiatives at Ft. Meade and the National Security Agency (NSA).

INFORMATIONAL ITEMS

11. UPDATE ON PLAN IT 2035, THE REGIONAL LONG-RANGE TRANSPORTATION PLAN, THE FY 2012-2015 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, AND THE AIR QUALITY CONFORMITY DOCUMENT (15 Minutes)

The BRTB will discuss comments received on Plan It 2035, the TIP, and the Conformity Determination.

Weather Alert In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
