  AGENDA

1. APPROVAL OF MARCH 1, 2011 TC MINUTES

2. REPORT OF MARCH 22, 2011 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD

3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION

The TC will be asked to recommend for approval of Resolution #11-22 in support of TIP Amendments for Carroll County and Baltimore County bridges

4. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A RESOLTION

The TC will be asked to recommend for approval of Resolution #11-23 in support of ther work program and budget of the FY 2012 UPWP.

5. PLAN IT 2035

 BMC staff will share progress with current and ongoing tasks.

6. STATUS OF UPCOMING RESOLUTIONS (INFORMATIONAL)

BMC staff will discuss Resolution #11-24, certifying the consistency of FTA Section 5310 grant applications with transportation plans and policies in the Baltimore region, and Resolution #11-25, endorsing applications for federal assistance through the Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ). 

7. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS

 BMC staff will present information on current UPWP projects, including:

  • ES202 Process
  • Building Permit Data Process: Year 2010 in Review
  • Transportation Cost

WEATHER NOTICE
In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day.  If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled.  Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
