1. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 4, 2011 TC MINUTES
2. REPORT OF JANUARY 25, 2011 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD BYLAWS
The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #11-18, amending the BRTB Bylaws. The Maryland Department of Transportation is requesting that the Maryland Transit Administration be considered as a BRTB non-voting member.
4. UPDATE ON NEW FREEDOM AND JOB ACCESS AND REVERSE COMMUTE PROCESS
The TC will review information related to the grants and schedule.
5. PLAN IT 2035
BMC staff will share progress with ongoing tasks for the next several months.
6. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present information on current UPWP projects, including:
- Motor Vehicle Emission Simulator (MOVES) initial results.
- Toll Model Demonstration
- ES202 Process
7. OTHER BUSINESS

WEATHER NOTICE
In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
