1. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS (5 Minutes)

2. REVIEW OF MINUTES FROM SEPTEMBER 13TH MEETING (5 Minutes)

3. UPDATE ON TRAFFIC AND EVACUATION MANAGEMENT AND MODELING SYSTEM (45 Minutes)

Dr. Chang will present the current version of the Traffic and Evacuation Management and Modeling System for the group to review and provide comments.

4. FOLLOW UP ON EVACUATION TTX AFTER ACTION REPORT/IMPROVEMENT PLAN (20 Minutes)

The committee will discuss the status of the action items from the Evacuation TTX.

5. STATUS OF ON-GOING COMMITTEE WORK (30 Minutes)

• Terrorism Awareness Training for Transportation and Public Works Field Staff (FFY 09)
• Evacuation Support Trailer (FFY 09)
• Contraflow Project (FFY 07)
• Disaster Debris Planning Task Force

6. STATUS OF FFY 2010 UASI GRANT  (5 Minutes)

Eileen Singleton will provide an update on the FFY 2010 UASI grant funds.

7. OTHER BUSINESS (10 Minutes)

• UAWG update - FFY 2011 UASI Grant and committees. 
• Ideas for future presentations
• Ideas for future forums
• 2011 meeting dates (usually second Monday every quarter):  March 13, June 12, September 11, December 11

Weather Alert
 In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
