1. Introductions and welcome

2. Report on recent and upcoming BRTB meetings

  • Reports will be given on recent and upcoming BRTB and Technical Committee meetings 

3. Elections – 2011 Chair and Co-Chairs
    (5:45 pm, 10 min)

  • The CAC will vote on the Chair and 2 Co-Chairs for 2011 

4. Subcommittee Briefings and Action Items
    (5:55 pm, 15 min)

  • The various CAC Subcommittees will report about their current work activities and action items
    • Membership
    • Policy and Legislation
    • Public Involvement 
    • Ad Hoc committee on Imagine 2060 

5. Presentation: Serving on a Commission
    (6:10 pm, 15 min)

  • CAC members James Martin and Earl Matthews will share information and insights about their experiences serving on local Commissions, particularly as it relates to developing and documenting annual goals, preparing end of year reports, etc.

6. Discussion: Looking Back on 2010 & Planning for the Future in 2011
    (6:25 pm, 50 min)

  • CAC members will split into their various subcommittees to discuss their accomplishments for 2010 and their role going forward into 2011.  The groups will then report back on the results of their discussions.  

7. Thank You & Presentation of Certificates
    (7:10 pm, 5 min)

  • Certificates of Appreciation will be presented to members who are completing their terms of service. 

6. Action Item: Approval of October 2010 & November 2010 minutes 
    (7:15 pm, 2 min)
