1. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2010 TC MINUTES
2. REPORT OF SEPTEMBER 28, 2010 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF 2010-2013 BALTIMORE REGION TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AMENDMENT
The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #11-11, approving an amendment for the BWI MARC Station and Track Improvements.
4. PLAN IT 2035
BMC staff will continue a discussion of goals and strategies with a BRTB recommendation to consider performance measures or targets. Additional information on next steps of the process will also be introduced: regionally significant projects, financial forecast, and the prioritization methodology.
5. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present information on UPWP projects, including:
- 2008 Model Validation Update
- GPS Trends Analysis 1998-2008
- Early Results from 06-08 CTPP
6. OTHER BUSINESS
