1. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS (5 Minutes)
2. REVIEW OF MINUTES FROM JUNE 17TH MEETING (5 Minutes)
3. UPDATE ON TRAFFIC AND EVACUATION MANAGEMENT AND MODELING SYSTEM (30 Minutes)
Eileen Singleton will present the current version of the Traffic and Evacuation Management and Modeling System for the group to review and provide comments.
4. DISCUSSION OF EVACUATION TABLETOP EXERCISE AFTER ACTION REPORT/IMPROVEMENT PLAN (20 Minutes)
The committee will discuss the results of the Evacuation TTX and how to track recommendations in the Improvement Plan.
5. STATUS OF ON-GOING COMMITTEE WORK (30 Minutes)
- Terrorism Awareness Training for Transportation and Public Works Field Staff (FFY 09)
- Evacuation Support Trailer (FFY 09)
- Contraflow Project (FFY 07)
- Disaster Debris Planning Task Force
6. STATUS OF FFY 2010 UASI GRANT APPLICATION (5 Minutes)
Eileen Singleton will provide an update on the FFY 2010 UASI grant funds.
7. OTHER BUSINESS (10 Minutes)
- Ideas for future presentations
- Ideas for future forums
