2. REPORT OF JUNE 22, 2010 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD

 3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS

The TC will vote on a slate of officers offered by the Nominating Committee for FY 2011.

4. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF ROUND 7-C SOCIO-ECONOMIC DATA

The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #11-1, Round 7-C socio-economic data.

5. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF SELF CERTIFICATION OF THE BALTIMORE REGION TRANSPORTATION PLANNING PROCESS

The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #11-2, Self Certification of the Baltimore metropolitan planning process.

6. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE FY 2011 TIP AND CONFORMITY DETERMINATION

The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #11-3, FY 2011-2014 as well as the Conformity Determination of Transportation Outlook 2035 and the 2011-2014 TIP.

7. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF STREET SMART INITIATIVES

The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #11-4, the pedestrian and bicycle safety campaign known as Street Smart.

8. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO FY 2011 UPWP

The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #11-5, amending the FY 2011 UPWP at the request of Howard County.

9. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE LPA FOR THE BALTIMORE RED LINE TRANSIT PROJECT

The TC will be asked to recommend approval of Resolution #11-6, amending the Locally Preferred Alternative for the Baltimore Red Line Transit Project.

10. IMAGINE 2060 AND PLAN IT 2035

BMC staff will provide a status report on the imagine 2060 & Long-Range Transportation Plan effort as follows:

• Status of imagine 2060 Open Houses to date
• Comments on Long-Range Transportation Plan Goals & Objectives

11. OTHER BUSINESS

                 CLOSED SESSION: Discussion of possible RFPs for circulation.
