2. REVIEW OF MINUTES FROM MARCH 8TH MEETING(5 Minutes)

3. OVERVIEW OF HARFORD/CECIL COUNTIES TRANSPORTATION SUPPORT PLAN FOR EVACUATIONS (25 Minutes)

Dr. Tom Tran will provide an overview of the recently completed Harford/Cecil Counties Transportation Support Plan for Evacuations.  The Plan was funded with FFY 2007 UASI funds.

4. STATUS OF ON-GOING COMMITTEE WORK (30 Minutes)

• Traffic and Evacuation Management and Modeling System (Evacuation Model) (FFY 07 & 08)
• Evacuation Tabletop Exercise (FFY 08)
• Terrorism Awareness Training for Transportation and Public Works Field Staff (FFY 09)
• Evacuation Support Trailer (FFY 09)
• Contraflow Project (FFY 07)
• Disaster Debris Planning Task Force

5. STATUS OF FFY 2010 UASI GRANT APPLICATION (10 Minutes)

Eileen Singleton will provide an update on the FFY 2010 UASI grant application and the projects submitted by the Task Force.

6. OTHER BUSINESS (10 Minutes)

• Ideas for future presentations
• Ideas for future forums
• 2010 meeting dates (usually second Monday every quarter): September 13, December 13
