1. APPROVAL OF MAY 4, 2010 TC MINUTES
2. REPORT ON MAY 25, 2010 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF FY 2011 DBE PARTICIPATION GOAL
The TC will be asked to consider sending Resolution #10-24 to the BRTB for approval. The resolution establishes a goal for DBE participation for UPWP consultant contracts.
4. REPORT FROM THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE
The Nominating Committee will offer a slate of officers for FY 2011.
5. PRESENTATION BY LOCAL/STATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
The Baltimore City Red Line coordinator will discuss the Red Line Community Compact (background re: development, benefits, and opportunities, etc.).
6. IMAGINE 2060
BMC staff will provide a status report on the BRTB Imagine 2060 & Long-Range Transportation Plan effort as follows:
- Summary of Imagine 2060 Series 1 workshops
- Development of Long-Range Transportation Plan Goals & Objectives
- Scenario Development Open Houses
7. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present information on UPWP projects, including:
- Draft Conformity Results from the 2011-2014 TIP
- Model Validation – Trip Generation Rates
8. OTHER BUSINESS
