1. APPROVAL OF APRIL 6 , 2010 TC MINUTES
2. REPORT ON APRIL 27, 2010 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO FY 2009 CMAQ AWARD
The TC will be asked to consider sending Resolution #10-23 to the BRTB for approval. The resolution substitutes one Baltimore City project for another under the FY 2009 recommendations.4. SELECTION OF NOMINATING COMMITTEE
The Technical Committee Chair will appoint a Nominating Committee to assist in the selection of TC Officers for FY 2011.
5. PRESENTATIONS BY LOCAL/STATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
A representative of the Maryland Department of Transportation, Nicole Katsikides, will provide the status of the State Freight Plan Implementation efforts.
6. VISION PLAN FOR THE BALTIMORE REGION
BMC staff will provide a status report on the BRTB Vision/Long-Range Transportation Plan effort as follows:
- Values Meeting and upcoming Scenario Planning Workshop
7. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present information on UPWP projects, including:
- 2007 Household Travel Survey Update – Non-Work Travel
- Status of 2010 Census
8. OTHER BUSINESS
