1. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS (5 Minutes)

2. REVIEW OF MINUTES FROM JANAURY 25TH MEETING (5 Minutes)

3. TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (45 Minutes)

Phil Tarnoff will support this activity as a consultant during FY 2010. Kevin Newton will provide an overview of the in-house system developed for use in Anne Arundel County and the Committee will discuss next steps and provide feedback to Phil as he develops a basic framework for the regional signal maintenance management system.

4. ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY ACS-LITE PROJECT UPDATE (15 Minutes)

Kevin Newton will provide an update on the CMAQ project to deploy ACS-LITE along Riva Road.

5. REGIONAL TRAFFIC SIGNAL FORUM (30 Minutes)

The subcommittee will begin discussion/preparation for the next regional signal forum, tentatively scheduled for November 2010.

6. REGIONAL SIGNAL SYSTEMS UPDATE (20 Minutes)

Roundtable discussion and update on current issues, challenges, and successes from Signal Committee members.

7. OTHER BUSINESS (5 Minutes)

• Data collection and corridor analysis
• Regional Safety Campaign
