1. APPROVAL OF MARCH 3, 2010 TC MINUTES
2. REPORT ON MARCH 23, 2010 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR FTA SECTION 5310 GRANT APPLICATIONS – INFORMATIONAL DUE TO DEADLINE
The due date for applications at BMC is April 9th. TC will be asked to review the attachment at the time it is made available to the BRTB via the regular mailing. Resolution #10-19 provides grants to private non-profit organizations for capital equipment that provide transportation services to the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
4. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR FEDERAL GRANT ASSISTANCE FROM THE HUMAN SERVICES TRANSPORTATION COORDINATION PROGRAM
The TC will be asked to consider sending Resolution #10-20 to the BRTB for approval. The resolution identifies sponsors requesting funds to support Job Access & Reverse Commute as well as New Freedom programs.
5. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF FISCAL YEAR 2011 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM AND BUDGET
The TC will be asked to recommend sending Resolution #10-21 to the BRTB for approval.
6. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF A POLICY FOR ESTABLISHING DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PROGRAM
The TC will be asked to recommend sending Resolution #10-22 to the BRTB for approval.
7. PRESENTATIONS BY LOCAL/STATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
The Maryland Transportation Authority (MdTA) will provide a status report on the I-95 Electronic Toll Lanes (ETLs)
8. VISION PLAN FOR THE BALTIMORE REGION
BMC staff will provide a status report on the BRTB Vision Planning effort as follows:
- Transportation Topic Paper
9. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present information on UPWP projects, including:
- Incorporation of ETL modeling within the Version 3 Travel Demand Model
10. OTHER BUSINESS
Next Meeting May 4, 2010Weather AlertIn the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
