1. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 2, 2010 TC MINUTES
2. REPORT ON FEBRUARY 23, 2010 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #10-15
The MDOT and Baltimore City will ask the TC to recommend sending Resolution #10-15 to the BRTB for approval. Two projects are proposed that require an amendment to both the Plan and TIP. MDOT has submitted improvements at US 40 and MD 715 at the entrance to Aberdeen Proving Ground and Baltimore City is proposing to extend New Vail Street into an industrial park.
4. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #10-17
MDOT will ask the TC to recommend sending Resolution #10-17 to the BRTB for approval. MDOT is seeking recommendation in preparation of a Phase II federal transportation stimulus initiative.
5. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #10-18
The State Highway Administration will present to the TC the preferred alternative and conceptual mitigation for MD 175. The TC will be asked to recommend sending Resolution #10-18 to the BRTB for approval.
6. VISION PLAN FOR THE BALTIMORE REGION
BMC staff will provide a status report on the BRTB Vision Planning effort as follows:
- 2060 Outlook Workshop
- Vision "Kick-Off" Workshop
- TC Transportation Topic Paper
7. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present information on UPWP projects, including:
- 2008 GPS Household Survey
- Report on Round 7-C Socio-economic Forecasts
8. OTHER BUSINESS

Weather AlertIn the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled.
