The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #10-16 in support of recommended changes to the competitive Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality project selection process.
7. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE 2010-2013 BALTIMORE REGION TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM TO INCLUDE FUNDING FROM THE JOBS BILL OF 2010 – STIMULUS II (5 Minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #10-17 in support of projects meeting the intent of the Jobs Bill of 2010.
INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
8. UPDATE ON DEVELOPMENT OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2011 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM (5 Minutes)
The Budget Subcommittee will report on progress toward developing the 2011 UPWP.
9. PRESENTATION ON TRANSPORTATION RELATED LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVES OF THE 2010 MARYLAND GENERAL ASSEMBLY (10 Minutes)
A representative of the MDOT will brief the BRTB on transportation related legislative initiatives presently filed in the 2010 session of the Maryland General Assembly.
10. UPDATE ON REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION VISION PLAN (5 Minutes)
The BRTB will be briefed on the development of this work activity.
11. A GUEST SPEAKER WILL GIVE THEIR PERSPECTIVE FOR THE REGION’S VISION (20 Minutes)
This is one in a series of speakers informing the BRTB on significant issues relating to the transportation/ land use vision.

Weather AlertIn the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
