  • Status and Next Step on Transportation Vision Report (Peer Workshops and Public Involvement Activities)

3. Action Item – Presentation of BMC Board Resolution 2010-1

The Board is requested to approve this Resolution endorsing the outline and schedule for "vision" activities through Summer, 2011.

4. Action item – Approval of Minutes from October 27, 2009 Meeting

The Board is requested to review and adopt the minutes from the most recent quarterly meeting. These minutes have been reviewed and approved by the Management Committee.

  • BRCPC Activities
  • Executive Voices Outreach
  • First Meeting of Regional GIS Committee
  • McHenry Row Relocation Status
  • 2011 Budget Preparation

6. Action Item Election of Chair for Calendar Year 2010

Nominations are requested to elect a Chair for the remainder of Calendar Year 2010. Nominations for Vice-Chair will be considered and approved at the April meeting.

7. Closing Remarks by the Chair

Meeting dates for the remainder of Calendar Year 2010 have finalized. The following dates have been set and coordinated with staff and schedulers:

April 27, 2010
July 27, 2010
October 26, 2010

Please note that the April and October meetings will begin at 2:00 p.m. to be followed by a BRTB meeting at 4:00 p.m.
