2. Approval of the December 2nd ICG Meeting Minutes
- Technical Committee (2/2/10)
- Baltimore Regional Transportation Board (1/26/10)
4. Special Presentation (20 Minutes)
Russell Dickerson, a professor at the University of Maryland Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Science, will present a study, funded by MDE, on the impact of upstream urbanization on urban heat island effects, the local climate, and atmospheric pollution levels.
5. Transportation Planning Update (20 Minutes)
- Conformity Determination of FY 2011-2014 TIP and 2007 Plan: ICG will approve the draft letter to federal agencies outlining the conformity process for use with the 2011-2014 Transportation Improvement Program and 2007 Plan.
- Vision Planning "Environment" Topic Paper: ICG will discuss development of the "environment" vision planning topic paper.
6. Air Quality Planning Update (15 Minutes)
- TeleworkBaltimore.com: BMC staff will provide information on TeleworkBaltimore.com.
- Update on Ozone NAAQS: MDE will provide a brief update on the revised ozone standard.
7. Other Business (15 Minutes)
- Highlights from the Annual 2010 TRB Meeting
- MOVES Model Update (Tentative)

WEATHER ALERTIn the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
