1. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 5, 2010 TC MINUTES. EMERGENCY RIDE HOME ATTACHMENT.


2. REPORT ON JANUARY 26, 2010 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD

3. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #10-15

BMC staff, on behalf of MDOT, will ask the TC to recommend sending Resolution #10-15 to the BRTB for approval. MDOT is proposing to amend the TIP with intersection improvements around the Aberdeen Proving Grounds as a result of BRAC.

4. RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #10-16

BMC staff will update the TC on the BRTB’s CMAQ initiative. The TC will be asked to make a recommendation of approval of Resolution # 10-16, guidance used in selecting projects for implementation in the 2011-2014 TIP.

5. VISION FOR THE BALTIMORE REGION

BMC staff will provide a status report on the BRTB Scenario Planning effort as follows:

  • Public Participation RFP
  • 2060 Outlook
  • "Kick-Off" workshop/scenario planning

6. DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL COMMITTEE’S TRANSPORTATION TOPIC PAPER

Technical Committee will continue to develop the transportation topic paper for use in the vision process.

7. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS

BMC staff will present information on UPWP projects, including:
  • FY 2011 UPWP Budget Subcommittee
  • "Kick-off" of the 2011-2014 TIP
  • Conformity assumptions for the 2011-2014 TIP

8. OTHER BUSINESS

BMC staff will request TC approval of a Request for Proposals.

Weather AlertIn the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day.  If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled.  Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
