6. APPROVAL OF CHANGES TO CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE BYLAWS (5 minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #10-12 that reflects an updated set of Bylaws for the Citizens Advisory Committee.
7. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2010 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM (5 minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #10-13 in support of an amendment to the FY 2010 UPWP. The amendment is requested by the Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) to include $359,000 in Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration funds for transportation-related consultant services.
INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
8. DISCUSS POTENTIAL CHANGES TO THE COMPETITIVE CMAQ PROCESS (10 minutes)
Baltimore Metropolitan Council staff will outline several topics for discussion for the BRTB to consider as an update to the BRTB sponsored CMAQ program.
9. UPDATE ON REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION VISION PLAN (10 minutes)
The BRTB will be briefed on the development of this work activity.
10. AN ECONOMIC PERSPECTIVE OF THE BALTIMORE REGION (20 minutes)
J. Thomas Sadowski, President and CEO of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore, will present to the BRTB an economic perspective of “The New Greater Baltimore” as part of a series of speakers informing the BRTB on significant issues in support of the transportation / land use vision.

Weather AlertIn the event that Baltimore County schools are closed system-wide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
