1. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 6, 2009 MINUTES
2. REPORT ON OCTOBER 27, 2009 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
3. INFORMATION ON RESOLUTION #10-10 and RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL ON RESOLUTION #10-11
BMC staff will inform the Technical Committee (TC) regarding action on (Baltimore City and SHA TIP) Resolution #10-10 and recommendation for approval of MTA amendments to the 2010-2013 TIP.
4. PRESENTATION ON MD 3 PREFERRED ALTERNATIVE AND MD 295 VALUE ENGINEERING
SHA staff will update the Technical Committee on the status of the MD 3 preferred alternative and MD 295.
5. 2011 UPWP KICK-OFF
BMC staff will update the Technical Committee on the theme and schedule being recommended for the region’s work program.
6. PRESENTATION ON TIP AMENDMENT PROCEDURES
BMC staff will present to the Technical Committee proposed regional procedures for project sponsors. The procedures will identify when the TC will be involved and responsibilities.
7. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present information on UPWP projects, including:
- Truck Study
- Vision
- Passenger Transport
- Building Permits
8. OTHER BUSINESS
