1. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2009 MINUTES
2. REPORT ON SEPTEMBER 22, 2009 MEETING OF THE BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
- a. BMC staff will brief the Technical Committee on the results of the 2009 spring GPS data collection and the survey plan for fall 2009 GPS data collection.
- b. BMC staff will seek advice from Technical Committee members on the development of a trend line scenario using Round 7-B, which will be used as a base for future scenario development.
4. PROGRESS REPORT ON UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present information on UPWP projects, including:
- Status Of Contra Flow Project
- PECAS
- Household Travel Survey Update
- Travel Model Software Maintenance And Future Direction
5. OTHER BUSINESS
