2. Action Item – Approval of Minutes from January 29, 2009 Meeting

The Board is requested to review and adopt the enclosed minutes from the first quarterly meeting of Calendar Year 2009. These minutes have been reviewed and approved by the Management Committee.

3. Presentations

  • Quarterly Update by Urban Area Work Group (UAWG) - Robert Maloney, Director, Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management
  • Planning Directors’ Report on Regional Land Use Activities – Marsha McLaughlin (Howard County) and Pat Keller (Baltimore County)
  • Progress Report on Transportation "Visioning Effort" – Frank Johnson, Carroll County Empowered Representative, Baltimore Regional Transportation Board
  • Report on Clean Air Partners Program – Harriet West, Managing Director

4. Action item – Consideration and Approval of FY 2010 BMC Operating Budget

Mr. Klimovitz will provide details of the proposed FY 2010 Budget for the Board’s consideration.

5. Action Item – Consideration and Approval of Resolution No. 2009-1

Mr. Klimovitz will provide details of Resolution No. 2009-1 for the Board’s consideration.
