1. APPROVAL OF APRIL 7, 2009 TC MINUTES
2. REPORT ON APRIL 28, 2009 MEETING OF BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
3. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #09-23 TO AMEND THE FY 2008 TIP
The TC will be asked to approve Resolution #09-23, amending the FY 2008 - 2012 Baltimore Region Transportation Improvement Program.
4. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #09-24 TO APPROVE I-795 ARDS
A representative of the State Highway Administration will outline the Alternates Retained for Detailed Study for the proposed Dolfield Road Interchange at I-795.
5. PRESENTATIONS BY LOCAL/STATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
MDOT will provide an overview of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
6. PROGRESS REPORT ON FY 2009 UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present progress reports on UPWP projects. Topics of discussion will include:
- Residential "Hot Spot" Map for 2008
- Congestion Monitoring Using Aerial Photography – a multi-year resource
- Update on Climate Action Plan TLU Work Groups
- Regional Indicators
