The TC will be asked to approve Resolution #09-20, in support of the work program and budget of the FY 2010 UPWP.

The due date for applications is April 7, therefore the TC will receive a list of applicants to date and will be asked to review applicants requesting Local Planning Certificates.
4. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #09-19 FOR TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS
The TC will be asked to approve Resolution #09-19, to approve a recommendation for TEP-eligible projects.
5. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #09-20 ENDORSING THE FISCAL YEAR 2010 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM AND BUDGET
The TC will be asked to approve Resolution #09-20, in support of the work program and budget of the FY 2010 UPWP.
6. PRESENTATIONS BY LOCAL/STATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
7. PROGRESS REPORT ON FY 2009 UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present progress reports on UPWP projects. Topics of discussion will include:
- Schedule for review and approval of the FY 2010 UPWP
- Briefing on BMC participation in MDOT Climate Action Plan Work Groups
- Status of a Truck Movement Survey at the Dundalk, Seagirt and Fairfield Marine Terminals
- Progress with the GPS Component of the Household Travel Survey
- Status of Round 7-B Socio-economic Data
8. OTHER BUSINESS

Weather Alert
In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
