6. APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS FOR FUNDING THROUGH THE CONGESTION MITIGATION AND AIR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (5 Minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to approve Resolution #09-16 in support of the requests for funding from the CMAQ program. These funds have been allocated to the BRTB by the Maryland Department of Transportation to implement emission reduction projects in the Baltimore region for Fiscal Year 2009.

7. REPORT FROM FREIGHT MOVEMENT TASK FORCE (10 Minutes)
Mr. Rick Crawford, Special Assistant Corporate Affairs, Norfolk Southern Corporation, Chair of the Freight Movement Task Force, will brief the Board on the group’s work activities and challenges.
8. STATUS REPORT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF ROUND 7-B REGIONAL SOCIOECONOMIC FORECAST (5 Minutes)
Staff of the Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC), will provide a status report on this work activity. This dataset serves as a major input to the regional travel demand model as well as the regional air quality conformity assessment. [Comparison of Round 7-A and 7-B and Round 7-B Controls]

9. UPDATE ON THE TRANSPORTATION AND LAND USE SUBCOMMITTEES OF THE MARYLAND DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION CLIMATE ACTION PLAN (5 Minutes)
BMC staff will provide a status report on the work activities of the various groups engaged in this effort.
10. PRESENTATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2010 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM (5 Minutes)
The Chair of the BRTB Budget Subcommittee will present the Subcommittee’s recommendations for the FY 2010 UPWP and potential project initiatives to be funded in FY 2011 and FY 2012.
11. BRIEFING ON THE REGIONAL TRUCK MOVEMENT DATA STUDY (5 Minutes)
The issue of truck traffic traversing residential neighborhoods in Baltimore County and Baltimore City when accessing major port-related facilities such as Dundalk Marine Terminal and Seagirt Marine Terminal has been a long standing issue. BMC staff will brief the BRTB on the study’s approach to collect truck movement data in relationship to this issue.

Weather AlertIn the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
