AGENDA

1. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS (5 Minutes)

2. MARYLAND FREIGHT PLAN (15 Minutes)

Nicole Katsikides (MDOT) will provide an update on the statewide freight plan.

3. INTEGRATING FREIGHT INTO THE 2010 CONSTRAINED LONG-RANGE TRANSPORTATION PLAN (20 Minutes)

Karin Foster (MWCOG) will brief the Committee on the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board’s (TPB) efforts to integrate freight into the 2010 constrained long-range plan.

4. REGIONAL TRUCK MOVEMENT – DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS (30 Minutes)

MPA, MdTA, and BMC staff will brief the Committee on an effort to collect data on truck movements around the Dundalk, Seagirt, and Fairfield Marine terminals.

5. MEMBER REPORTS (25 Minutes)

Weather Alert
In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day.  If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled.  Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
