2. Approval of December 3rd ICG Meeting Minutes (5 Minutes)
3. Reports of Recent Meetings (5 min.)
- Technical Committee (1/06/09 and 2/03/09)
- Baltimore Regional Transportation Board (1/27/09)
- 8-hour Ozone SIP for the Baltimore Nonattainment Area: MDE will discuss the Adequacy Finding of the 2008 RFP Plan.
- 24-hour Fine Particulate Matter Nonattainment Status: MDE will discuss the nonattainment status of the Baltimore region for the 24-hour PM2.5 NAAQS as well as the proposed addition of Montgomery and Prince George’s County to the Baltimore Nonattainment Area.
- Transportation Outlook 2035 Amendment: ICG will review and approve the conformity determination of the Amendment to Transportation Outlook 2035.
- Conformity Determination of FY 2010 -2013 TIP and Transportation Outlook 2035: ICG will review and approve the methodology and assumptions letter for the conformity determination.
- BMC staff will briefly discuss the status of two FY 2009 consultant projects related to air quality and transportation planning.

Weather Alert
In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
