1. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 6, 2009 MINUTES

2. REPORT ON JANUARY 27, 2009 MEETING OF BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD

3. RESOLUTION #09-13 APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR FEDERAL GRANT ASSISTANCE FROM THE HUMAN SERVICES TRANSPORTATION COORDINATION PROGRAM

Staff will ask the TC to approve a resolution in support of the project requests for federal assistance under the Job Access & Reverse Commute and New Freedom grant programs.

4. RESOLUTION #09-14 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO TRANSPORTATION OUTLOOK 2035

Staff will ask the TC to approve a resolution which amends Transportation Outlook 2035 to include 5 transit-related projects/categories.

5. RESOLUTION #09-15 APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO AMEND BYLAWS OF BICYCLE & PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY GROUP (BPAG)

The BPAG Chair will ask the TC to approve a resolution amending the Bylaws to include additional members.

6. PRESENTATIONS BY LOCAL/STATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Baltimore County will make a presentation to the TC.

7. PROGRESS REPORT ON FY 2009 UPWP PROJECTS

BMC staff will present progress reports on UPWP projects. Topics of discussion will include:

  • Status of Round 7-B Cooperative Forecasts
  • Annual Building Permit Report
  • Transit Master Network Application
  • GIS in a Transportation Environment - Next Steps
  • Recap of key 2009 Transportation Research Board items
8. OTHER BUSINESS

Weather Alert
In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day.  If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled.  Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
