3. 2008 REGIONAL SIGNAL FORUM – FOLLOW-UP (10 Minutes)
BMC staff will provide a follow-up report on the 2008 Regional Signal Forum.
4. TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT (30 Minutes)
Staff from Brudis and Associates, Inc. will discuss signal technician training and support to local jurisdictions based on a recent project in Frederick.
5. LED TRAFFIC SIGNAL MONITORING, MAINTENANCE, AND REPLACEMENT ISSUES (20 Minutes)
Committee will discuss the recent TRB publication on this topic.

6. CMAQ PROJECT UPDATE (10 Minutes)
Baltimore City and Carroll County will provide an update on CMAQ projects initiated in 2008.
7. DEVELOPMENT OF A REGIONAL SIGNAL MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (10 Minutes)
Committee will discuss the value of initiating the development of a regional maintenance management system.
8. REGIONAL SIGNAL SYSTEMS UPDATE (10 Minutes)
Roundtable discussion and update on current issues, challenges, and successes from signal committee members.

In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
