1. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 3, 2008 MINUTES
2. REPORT ON NOVEMBER 25, 2008 AND DECEMBER 2, 2008 MEETINGS OF BALTIMORE REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION BOARD
3. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #09-11
BMC staff will request TC approval of Resolution #09-11 in support of an amendment to the FY 2008 UPWP.
4. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION #09-12
SHA will present the Alternates Retained for Detailed Study (ARDS) for MD 198: from west of MD 295 to MD 32. The TC is requested to approve Resolution #09-12 in support of the ARDS package.
5. PRESENTATIONS BY LOCAL/STATE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Baltimore City will share the change of scope for Boston Street and the associated TIP/Conformity implications.
6. PROGRESS REPORT ON FY 2009 UPWP PROJECTS
BMC staff will present progress reports on UPWP projects. Topics of discussion will include:
- FY 2010 TIP/Conformity Determination Kick-off
- Presentation on findings from the multi-year External Survey effort
- Presentation on results from the 2007 On-board Transit Survey

Weather Alert
In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
