- Technical Committee (10/06/08 and 11/03/08)
- Baltimore Regional Transportation Board (10/28/08 and 11/25/08)
4. Conformity of FY 2010-2013 TIP and Transportation Outlook 2035 (10 Minutes)
ICG will discuss the schedule for the upcoming conformity determination of FY 2010 -2013 TIP and Transportation Outlook 2035.
5. Update from Air Quality Practitioner’s Meeting (Tentative) (15 Minutes)
MDOT will present information learned at the November AASHTO Air Quality Practitioner’s Meeting held in Albany, New York.
6. EPA Lead Standard (5 Minutes)
BMC staff will present information on EPA’s revised air quality standard for lead.
7. Discussion on Climate Change Activities for FY 2010 UPWP (15 Minutes)
8. Transportation Outlook 2035 Amendment (20 Minutes)
ICG will discuss possible conformity implications of 5 proposed scenarios for the Transportation Outlook 2035 amendment.
9. Review of MD 3 Improvement (Tentative) (20 Minutes)
ICG will consider and possibly approve a conformity determination for proposed improvements to MD 3 in Anne Arundel County.
10. Other Business (5 Minutes)
- 2006 24-hour PM2.5 Standard Designation

In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
