6. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2009 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM (10 Minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to endorse Resolution #09-10 in support of an amendment to the FY 2009 UPWP that redirects funds designated to a work task assigned to the Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC). Given consultant responses to the task "Development of Income Module" were beyond funds programmed, BMC is requesting that the budget in support of this task be reduced and reprogrammed. The resolution will outline the new work tasks to be undertaken.
INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
7. PRESENTATION ON REGIONAL TRAVEL SURVEY (5 Minutes)
BMC staff will brief the BRTB on the results of the 2008 Baltimore Regional Transportation Survey. This survey interviewed both residential and commercial interests to assess travel behavior in response to the increase in the price of gasoline.
8. UPDATE ON THE AMENDMENT PROCESS FOR TRANSPORTATION OUTLOOK 2035 (5 Minutes)
The BRTB will discuss the work to date on the amendment process for Transportation Outlook 2035.
9. PRESENTATION ON PARK & RIDE FACILITIES (5 Minutes)
A representative from the State Highway Administration will provide a presentation on Park & Ride facilities in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
10. PRESENTATION ON CTC TRANSPORTATION SUMMIT II (10 Minutes)
Representatives of the Corridor Transportation Corporation will discuss a transportation summit held on November 13th. The summit focused on transportation strategies and funding options in response to the transportation challenges facing the Baltimore-Washington corridor.

Weather Alert
In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
