The BRTB will be asked to endorse Resolution #09-7 in support of the Purpose & Need statement for an interchange planning study at I-795 and Dolfield Boulevard in Baltimore County.
7. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS OF THE BICYCLE & PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY GROUP (5 Minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to endorse Resolution #09-8 in support of amendments to the bylaws of the Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Group. This action is required as per the bylaws of the BRTB.
8. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE 2008-2012 BALTIMORE REGION TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (5 Minutes)
The BRTB will be asked to endorse Resolution #09-9 in support of an amendment to the 2008-2012 Baltimore Region TIP.
INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
9. UPDATE ON THE AMENDMENT PROCESS FOR TRANSPORTATION OUTLOOK 2035 (10 Minutes)
The BRTB will discuss the work to date on the amendment process for Transportation Outlook 2035.
10. PRESENTATION ON THE REGIONAL PLANNING WORKSHOPS SPONSORED BY THE URBAN LAND INSTITUTE AND THE BALTIMORE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL (10 Minutes)
Representatives from ULI and BMC will brief the Board on the process and outcomes of the 3 regional planning workshops held on September 29 and October 7 and 14.
11. PRESENTATION ON THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER VISION PLANNING PROCESS (15 Minutes)
Mr. Thomas Beyard, Director, Planning & Public Works, City of Westminster, will present an overview of the planning process to be conducted by the City of Westminster as the municipality embarks upon an update to the City’s Master Plan.
12. PRESENTATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2010 UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM (5 Minutes)
13. DISCUSSION OF RESOLUTIONS PROPOSED BY THE CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE (5 Minutes)
Mr. Frank Johnson, Vice-Chair and BRTB liaison to the CAC, will brief the Board on two resolutions developed by the CAC. The BRTB will discuss the resolutions and BRTB’s actions, if deemed necessary.

In the event that Baltimore County schools are closed systemwide, all meetings (AM and PM) of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board and its subcommittees will be cancelled for that day. If the school system closes during the day, any meetings scheduled for the remainder of the day or evening are cancelled. Delays in the opening of the school system do not impact any committee or their scheduled time.
